Tender Notice – LED Video Screen cum Scoreboard Including Airtime Management/Rights for Kerala Cricket League

Kerala Cricket Association invites sealed Tender / Quotation for providing Air Time Management/Advertising Rights through installation/operation and management of 2 No. s of LED Video Screen Cum Score Board from reputed firms/agencies/companies having valid licenses and sanctions and experience in the field of providing said service, to quote their best offers in SEALED COVERS for Kerala Cricket League (T20 tournament) to be held at The Sports Hub, Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram in the month of September 2024 (33 matches – 2 matches per day). The tender in sealed cover superscribed “Tender-LED SCREEN INSTALLATION & AIRTIME MANAGEMENT” should reach the office of The Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, Thycaud P.O, Pin: 695014, Thiruvananthapuram on or before 31st July 2024, 5PM. Tender will be opened on 1st August 2024, 10AM onwards.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The bidder should read the Terms & Conditions carefully before filling up the document.
  2. Incomplete documents will be rejected. It is in the interest of prospective bidder that they may inspect the KCA stadium premises / location.
  3. The LED Screen should be installed and made functional 24 hours before the deadlines given by the authorized official of the KCA.
  4. Maintenance team and operating technicians to be stationed at the Stadium 24 hours before the match commences and shall be available till match is over.
  5. The successful bidder should ensure smooth functioning of the LED Screen/Wall without any breakdowns and should ensure adequate technicians and operators are deployed for the said purpose.
  6. Names of maintenance team/list of personnel required should be handed over to the concerned KCA official atleast 10 days before the match for approval and prepare their accreditation before the cut off date.
  7. Eligibility Conditions:
  8. a) The bidder should be in the business of providing said service and have similar experience.

    b) The bidder shall ensure that adequate technical support is available during the match.

    c) The reserved price for temporary licensed right to be mentioned in the bid.

    d) In consideration for installing the screen the company shall be provided with the opportunity to have the airtime management on the LED Screen with peripheral branding around the screen.

    e) All the expenses towards transportation, Installation, Operation, Crew Management, Dismantle and Power to the screen will have to be borne by the Company.

  9. The bidder should mention the bid amount and the company details in the form enclosed to the bid terms.
  10. All rights granted pursuant to the tender are valid only for Kerala Cricket League. No future rights are sought to be granted.
  11. KCA shall not be held responsible for any defect, damage to the installations done by the Company nor to the human resources deployed for the said work. The company shall be responsible for any statutory charges or levies other than GST.
  12. KCA reserves the right to accept or reject any of the offers or cancel all offers and also modify conditions of effect any other change in items, terms and conditions without assigning any reason thereof.
