QUOTATION NOTICE-PRINTING AGENCIES
Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) is inviting quotations from reputed & experienced printing agencies for the Third Mastercard One Day International cricket match between India & Sri Lanka at the Sports Hub (Greenfield Stadium, Karyavattom), Thiruvananthapuram on 15th January 2023. The quotes in a sealed cover super-scribed “Quote for printing” should reach the Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, T.C 24/131(1), Sasthamkovil Road, Thycaud P.O., Thiruvananthapuram, Pin-695 014, Tel- 0471-2326522, 2331368

1.All types of printing as per Work Details enclosed
Terms and conditions
- The agency should have proper license to carry out the above works.
- KCA will provide the design/ text/content. Only the approved designs/text shall be printed.
- The rates quoted should be all inclusive Transportation (if any) and GST to be shown separately.
- The agency should be having the human and infrastructure resource to supply any last minute orders. Additional orders if any may be undertaken with a valid work order only.
- A dedicated team shall be assigned for KCA for the above work.
- All materials used for printing shall be eco-friendly/biodegradable. Plastic will not be permitted.
- The printed materials should be handed over to the official authorized for the purpose by KCA only.
- The agency should clear all the items supplied by them from the stadium premises after the match as per instructions of KCA (if any).
- The rates quoted shall be valid for 3 months ending 31st March 2023.
Last date of receipt of tenders :- 20/12/2022, 12 noon
Date of opening of tenders :- 20/12/2022, 4 pm onwards
Secretary, KCA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotes and also cancel the quotation notice and call for re-quote without assigning any reason thereof.
