1. A self attested photo ID proof and PAN card has to be submitted along with the tender form.
2. The bidder has to deposit the offer form in a sealed cover (with superscription
reading “Offer for vehicle auction”) in the tender box kept in the office on the first floor
at KCA Complex, Sasthamkoil Road, Thycaud PO,Thiruvananthapuram,695 014. OR
sent it by post/courier to;-
Hon: Secretary, Kerala Cricket Association, KCA Complex, Sasthamkoil Road,
Thycaud PO, Trivandrum 695 014- Ph-2326522
3. The last date for accepting the offer will be 3 pm on 06/10/2018
4. The tender will be opened on 06/10/2018 at 4 pm at KCA office at Thycaud.
5. The successful bidder has to remit an advance amount of 25% of the bid amount to KCA otherwise which his offer will stand cancelled and the offer goes to the next highest bidder.
6. The successful bidder has take procession of the car within three working days otherwise which his offer will stand cancelled and has to forfeit his advance.
7. The amount is to be remitted by way of a Demand Draft of any nationalised bank , favouring Hon: Secretary, KCA payable at Trivandrum.
8. KCA reserves its rights to accept or reject any offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
